The overwhelming majority of operators we review, including everything covered elsewhere on this site, have clean-enough track records that a slow withdrawal or a support ticket gone sideways is the exception rather than the pattern. This page exists for the operators where that stopped being true — where multiple independent player reports, corroborated across more than one bettor with no apparent connection to each other, described the same kind of problem repeatedly enough that we no longer felt comfortable recommending the book at all.
We don't blacklist an operator over a single bad review, a slow week during a platform migration, or one disputed bonus claim — those happen even at well-run books and usually get resolved. An operator lands on this list only after a pattern: repeated, credible, specific reports of the same failure mode, with no meaningful resolution offered to affected bettors over an extended period.
Silverline Wagers — Removed from our rankings after a wave of player reports beginning early this year describing withdrawal requests marked "under review" for six or more weeks with no update, followed in several cases by accounts being closed and remaining balances forfeited under a vaguely worded terms clause. We reached out to Silverline Wagers for comment on three separate occasions; the operator did not respond.
Rapid Payout Network — Despite the name, forum player reports through the spring described a pattern of first withdrawals processing normally, followed by second or third withdrawal requests being indefinitely delayed once an account showed a consistent winning pattern. This is a common warning sign across the industry — fast payouts on small, early withdrawals followed by stalling once a book decides an account is unprofitable to keep — and it's the specific pattern that got Rapid Payout Network removed.
Coastal Line Exchange — Multiple, separately verified player reports described bonus terms being changed retroactively after a promotional period closed, with previously-cleared bonus winnings reversed from account balances citing a clause the operator added after the promotion had already run. We consider retroactive term changes one of the clearest red flags in the industry, regardless of how the operator frames the justification after the fact.
If you have an account with any operator on this list, our general guidance is the same we'd give for any offshore or unlicensed book with recurring payout complaints: request full withdrawal of your balance now rather than continuing to play through it, document all communication with support in writing, and post your experience in the Books & Betting Sites section of our forum so other bettors have current information. We update this page as new patterns emerge or, in rare cases, as an operator demonstrates a sustained fix — no operator has been removed from this list to date.
